JustOriginal Limited is a Nigerian project development and management company. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our public website and through JustOriginal OPS, our private operations and financial management platform.

Enquiries. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to respond to you.

OPS accounts. For authorised users of JustOriginal OPS we store account details (name and email address) and the business records those users choose to enter or upload — including bank statements, transactions, partner records and reports.

Technical data. Standard server and security logs (such as IP addresses and access times) are kept to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, maintain financial and operational records on behalf of the organisations we work with, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use OPS business records for advertising.

JustOriginal OPS is a private platform. Business records are visible only to users authorised for that business, and access is granted and revoked by an administrator. Bank statements and financial records are stored privately and are never published or indexed.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements, by contacting us at info@justoriginal.com.ng.
